I wanted to share my story to help inspire other young adults to pursue their dreams. People will always try to bring you down, judge you, criticize you in which at times you feel like giving up on your dreams. It important to block those thoughts and think positive.

I myself have been rejected by talent agencies, casting directors, and auditions that I didn't not get the callback for. Trust me, I know the feeling. "It sucks, you feel like its end of the world." Despite all the rejections, it did not stop me from dreaming. In fact, that made me want to work even harder. I think the best revenge in life is proving people wrong. If you have a dream and it has not came to life do not give up. The struggle is what makes you stronger and will get you closer to your dream.

There are many people who work so hard to get to their dream and finally give up right before their dream comes true. Remember, if you have a dream and it has not came true its for a reason. Everything happens for a reason. You time will come when its right and that is exactly what happened to me. So keep beliving in yourself and reach for the stars.

Nuru Kimonodo Editorial Spring 2011

I had an opportunity to shoot with Nuru Kimondo on my latest shoot. Nuru is the youngest photographer I have ever worked with. She is originally from Africa and her work truly speaks for itself. She has already shot with numerous models and even winners from America's Next Top Model. She saw my port online and within few contacts we were able to set a shoot date. Overall, the shoot was quick and she was right on. Our team consisted of Hair Stylist Jocqueline Renise Wilson. She was a lot of fun to work with. Very professional, quick, and big personality. Patricia Cantu was the MUA on set. She was very easy going and fun to work with. Overall, I had a lot of fun and here are some shots from that day.

More of Nuri Kharah Editorial "THE WORLD IS MINE" 2011

This was actually the first look of the day. I arrived at the location about 10 AM on Jan 2. 2011. Keana (MUA ClassyChic) made sure my face had a clean yet striking look. Nuri Hkarah (Fashion Photographer) had an earlier shoot that day so we had some downtime to get ready. We shot for an hour on this look and I believe the first shot we took was "the best shot" so we just kept on shooting to see how things turnout. The cold day did indeed push us to shoot faster and yet the images came out RAW!! Thanks to the team for their hard work and I had such a fun time shooting. Nuri Kharah Editorial January 2. 2011

Hell Everyone,

I had the opportunity to work with Nuri Kharah (Fashion Photographer) based in Chicago originally from Indonesia. Her work speaks for it's self. We shot the Editorial in Chicago on January 2, 2011 in low temperatures of about 19 degrees. The weather did not stop us from getting the best photographs. Nuri has such a fun personality and we "clicked" right away. From her direction, I knew what she wanted and I made sure to deliver. Keana was the MUA aka (ClassyChic), she was quick and professional with an outgoing personality. I hope to work with the same team in the future and hope you all enjoy the new photos!

Hello World,

I'm Zelimir and I am an aspiring model/actor based in Chicago. This blog will be personally managed by me. I will update you on my new work as far as modeling. I been modeling for a little more than a year now on a part-time basis. Trying to balance work, school, and modeling is not easy but if you have the passion for what you love than simple do it all. I am from Sarajevo (Eastern Europe) and been living in the states since 1997. I am currently based in Chicago and want to make a move to NY or LA after I graduate from college to pursue acting. Till then, follow me and my adventures.
